Brand New Day
A new day brings opportunity and it also brings new demands. When pressure goes unchecked, many leaders develop unhealthy patterns that slowly erode the soul and create disconnection from themselves, others, and even God.
New Day Leadership Consulting helps business and nonprofit leaders develop emotional, relational, and spiritual strength for lasting change. We increase your capacity to meet the demands of life and leadership personally, relationally, and professionally. Research consistently shows that leaders who build internal strength experience greater fulfillment and effectiveness.*
With over 25 years of experience, we provide a safe and strategic environment for meaningful growth. Through one-on-one coaching, guided personal processing, leadership groups, practical tools, and targeted resources, we support inner transformation that leads to sustainable external results.
Build the capacity to navigate life with clarity, resilience, and purpose.
“Nothing exposes your need for growth like leadership.”
- John Ortberg
Growth takes place when safety and support meets challenge.
Meet Doug …
Hi, I’m Doug. I help leaders start well, grow well, and finish well.
With over 25 years of leadership experience, I understand the pressures leaders carry in business and ministry. Drawing from pastoral counseling and leadership development, I provide a safe, judgment-free space for leaders to strengthen their inner life, restore healthy rhythms, and address the issues that can quietly undermine success.
Leadership can be isolating. I serve as a trusted confidant who offers perspective, encouragement, and direct challenge that leads to meaningful growth. I am one of the best at helping leaders grow from the inside out for lasting change.
My mission is simple: to help leaders live and lead with emotional, relational, and spiritual wholeness.
